Email Archiver

The Email Archiver Tool extracts Actionstep emails from their matter nd exports them into a backup version of your Actionstep database. This allows you to reduce the amount of data held within your Actionstep system which can improve the performance of your system. Its also a useful backup for important emails to be stored:

• Select date ranges for emails to be exported
• Select by type of matter for the emails to be exported to be exported i.e. Active, Inactive, Closed
• Reverse the process to have emails added back to the original matter they were extracted from
